The NC IDEA Foundation is pleased to announce the latest addition to our team, Natasha Goldstein. As a program Director, Natasha will lead our efforts to address the proven funding gap for female founders, the focus of the SoarTriangle program. She will also shape our thinking and activities on developing a leadership development program intended to help nascent entrepreneurs with the unique challenges of scaling a business.

Prior to working at NC IDEA, Natasha spent the last ten years working in corporate finance, social impact investing and social entrepreneurship. Natasha is currently an Entrepreneur in Residence at UNC’s Kenan-Flagler School of Business’ Launch accelerator program in Chapel Hill.

“We are fortunate to have someone of Natasha’s background joining our team. She adds depth to what we can do to help entrepreneurs pursue their entrepreneurial dreams,” said NC IDEA President and CEO, Thom Ruhe.
