SPECIAL FINALE PROGRAM
*Please note special time and location.
Join NC IDEA for the finale of its 2019 Summer Series and hear real stories from real entrepreneurs. This extended program will feature several entrepreneurs who will share their journeys and answer your questions. The day will end with networking and adult beverages.
12:30pm – 1:00pm – Networking/Arrive
1:00pm – 1:45pm – Navigating a “Pivot”: Joe Bell (Cultivate) and Hersh Tapadia (AllStacks)
1:45pm – 2:30pm – Calling It Quits: The harsh reality is that most startups fail. It’s a difficult subject to discuss, and the details are painful. How do you know when it’s time to quit? What could you have done differently? How do you emotionally deal with the loss? We have brought together three founders who want to share their stories with you; Janice Smith (Mission 100%), Justin Beard (SnapYeti) and Lisa Ganderson (WedClique). Moderated by NC IDEA’s John Austin.
2:30pm – 3:00pm – Break
3:00pm – 4:00pm – Raising Capital Doesn’t Come Easy: Gart Davis (Spoonflower), Jared Pelo (iScribes) and Ursula Mead (InHerSight)
4:00pm – 5:30pm – Drinks and Networking
