As part of our ‘Meet Our Founders’ series today, we introduce Tai Huynh, cofounder of Acta Solutions based in Chapel Hill, NC. Acta Solutions helps municipal governments deliver concierge-level customer service to residences at a lower cost per customer served by streamlining communication workflows.
Q: Tai, What problem are you trying to solve and what influenced you to start your company?
A: We are trying to make government work better for everyone. My work in local and federal government inspired me to tackle this problem space.
Q: What is your favorite productivity app?
A: Forest – the forced-focus app.
Q: What other passions do you have besides your business?
A: Outside of business, I enjoy Brazilian jiujitsu, politics and movies
