NC IDEA FOUNDATION Announces Webinar and Upcoming Dates for NC IDEA LABS

Organization Seeking Applications from Ambitious Entrepreneurs Starting February 18th

DURHAM, NC – February 6, 2019 – NC IDEA, a private foundation committed to supporting entrepreneurial ambition and economic advancement in North Carolina, announced today that the organization will begin accepting applications for its second 2019 cohort of NC IDEA LABS running during May starting February 18. The application window will kick off with a webinar on February 15 to provide more details for interested applicants.

NC IDEA LABS is an intensive four-week program targeted at ambitious entrepreneurs with a unique idea in a large or growing market. The program’s structure is designed to help entrepreneurs perform effective customer discovery, validate assumptions, make decisions faster and take proper steps to move their company forward.

Interested applicants may attend our information session via webinar at 11:00am on Friday, February 15 to learn more about the requirements and structure of the program, who should apply, what to expect and subsequent support benefits. The upcoming application opportunity for the second 2019 cohort of NC IDEA LABS running May 6 through May 31 will open February 18 with applications due March 11 at 5:00pm EST. The third cohort of 2019 will start in early July with applications opening May 6.
