As part of our ‘Meet Our Founders’ series today, we introduce Ivana Korankyi, Founder and CEO of Flasky Labware based in Jamestown, NC. Flasky Labware is an analytic chemistry equipment company that improves laboratory equipment to be more effective and efficient.
Q: How will your NC IDEA grant funds advance your company?
A: The NC IDEA grant funds are helping Flasky Labware produce our first round of products for local university labs. The guidance and mentorship from this program, with the funds, will be a transformational step in laying the foundation for Flasky Labware to grow as a company. We are so grateful for their support!
Q: What does the road ahead look like for your company?
A: Flasky Labware looks to expand medical and laboratory supply production in North Carolina! We have an innovative product and would like to grow our product line here. Our five year plan includes producing products for private research labs in North Carolina, as well as partnering with universities and federally funded research labs to impact research across the country.
