NC IDEA Foundation (“NC IDEA”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates https://ncidea.org (the “Site”) and all related subdomains. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site. We use Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. (“Personal Information”). Under no circumstances will we ever give away or sell your Personal Information, unless we are legally required to do so. All data comprised of your Personal Information is stored on our secure servers, as well as with reliable outside hosting contractors. Your Personal Information will never be used to generate spam. If you ask us for updates, we will keep you informed of new NC IDEA services and tips to use the Site better.
