NC IDEA marked the three-year anniversary of its North Carolina Black Entrepreneurship Council (NC BEC), which has awarded more than $2 million in grants within North Carolina directly to Black entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial support organizations, and Historically Black Colleges and Universities since the Council’s formation in August 2020.
